The Satoshi Archive ("the Archive") is an independent educational platform documenting the history of Bitcoin and its emergence. It is operated by Marek Safarik (contact: info@thesatoshiarchive.com). By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational Content
All content published on the Archive — including episodes, missions, interviews, and articles — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell Bitcoin or any other asset.
Bitcoin involves significant risk. Do your own research before making any financial decisions.
3. The Game of Satoshi — Season 1
The Satoshi Archive evolved from The Game of Satoshi, an educational Bitcoin challenge that ran from October 18, 2025 to January 17, 2026. Season 1 has concluded. The archive of Season 1 content remains available on this site for educational purposes.
The 0.21 BTC prize remains unclaimed and available for the first person to complete the Elimination Week challenge. The rules are final and will not be changed retroactively.
4. Affiliate Links
Some links on this site and in our YouTube video descriptions are affiliate links. If you make a purchase or sign up through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we have evaluated and believe are useful to the Bitcoin community.

5. Bitcoin Donations
You can support the Archive with Bitcoin via Geyser.fund. Donations are final, non-refundable, and made entirely at your discretion. They are not payment for goods or services. The Archive does not log sender identities beyond what the Lightning or on-chain payment itself discloses. We cannot provide tax receipts; consult your local tax authority for guidance on donation tax treatment.
6. User Conduct
When you use the Archive, you agree not to:
— use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to access the archive at
unreasonable rates or to harvest content for republication;
— circumvent rate limits, security controls, or technical protections;
— attempt to create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any current or
future interactive feature of the Archive (including the game layer we are building).
We reserve the right to block access or refuse service to visitors who violate these rules, and to use automated fraud-detection tools (see our Privacy Policy) to enforce them.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Archive — including written text, video scripts, and design — is the intellectual property of Marek Safarik / The Satoshi Archive. You may share and quote content with attribution. You may not reproduce or republish full episodes, interviews, or articles without written permission.
8. Third-Party Content
The Archive embeds or links to third-party content including YouTube videos, Patreon, and external websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Archive is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Archive is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal data we process, how cookies and marketing pixels work, and how to exercise your rights under GDPR.
